About the role:

We're a premium interior design and turnkey studio. We need someone who can turn a client's brief into a clear, well-judged concept, present it with confidence, and lead our design team so the work is built to a consistent standard.

What you'll own

- Concept design and presentations for recent and active projects

- Day-to-day design communication with clients, within agreed revision rounds

- Leading the design team

(designers and 3D visualiser): assigning work, setting deadlines, reviewing output, coaching, and giving regular feedback

- Quality of the team's work:

drawings, BOQ accuracy, and the drawing walkthrough with the site team before release

- Holding the studio's design standards and keeping templates and the detail library current

- Material and finish selections,



with procurement

- Working with the site team so the design is built as intended

- Running the weekly design review

What we're looking for

- 6+ years in residential interiors, ideally turnkey
- A portfolio where you can show exactly what you personally designed

- Robust spatial sense and good judgement on materials and detailing

- Experience leading or coordinating a design team of at least 5 people

- Clear, confident client communication

- Comfortable working in a structured process, and explaining things simply to a team that isn't from a management background
