We are looking for an experienced and creative Head – Interior Design to lead our interior design team, manage residential interior projects, and ensure high-quality design execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in space planning, 2D drawings, 3D visualization, modular kitchens, wardrobes, material selection, team management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor the interior design team, including 2D designers, 3D designers, and interior designers.
- Oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final design approval.
- Review and approve 2D layouts, working drawings, 3D designs, and detailed execution drawings.
- Develop innovative designs for residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with sales, production, project management, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into functional, aesthetically appealing designs.
- Ensure design accuracy, space optimization, material feasibility, and adherence to project budgets.
- Manage design timelines, allocate tasks, and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct design reviews and maintain quality standards across all projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams regarding materials, finishes, hardware, and technical specifications.
- Resolve design-related issues during production and site execution.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and project-wise design records.




- Train team members and implement standard design processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of residential interior design and modular furniture.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant 3D rendering software.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen design, wardrobes, furniture detailing, and interior materials.
- Excellent space planning, design presentation, and technical drawing skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Good understanding of measurements, BOQs, material specifications, and execution drawings.
- Client handling and interdepartmental coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Previous experience leading or managing an interior design team is preferred.
- Experience in residential interiors and modular furniture projects is highly desirable.
