Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, administer, and support integrations using the IBM webMethods Integration Platform.

- Work extensively on webMethods API Gateway / API Management, including API configuration, security, administration, monitoring, and support.

- Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot webMethods Universal Messaging (UM) components.

- Develop and support EAI and B2B integrations, ensuring reliable and seamless data flow across enterprise systems.

- Handle end-to-end development, support, maintenance, and administration of the webMethods integration environment.

- Monitor production environments, perform incident triage, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and preventive improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

- Support platform upgrades,



technology enhancements, configuration changes, and environment maintenance activities.

- Develop utilities and automation frameworks to simplify operational and workplace monitoring activities.

- Work with AWS components, including EC2 instances, VPNs, and gateways, where required.

- Exposure to Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies and ETL tools will be an added advantage.

- Support operational activities such as server restarts, interim workarounds, permanent fixes, and service-continuity activities.

- Be flexible to work across multiple integration technologies and participate in cross-skilling initiatives.

- Provide rotational weekend/holiday support as required. No night shifts.
