Handle insurance-related customer inquiries through phone, email, and office visits. Explain insurance products, advantages, policy features, and coverage to customers. Generate leads through telecalling and follow up with interested customers.

Maintain customer information and update records in the company system. Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, renewals, and service requests. Coordinate with the insurance company for policy issuance and customer-related queries.

Follow up with existing customers for renewals and additional insurance requirements. Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets from the office. Maintain daily activity reports and update lead status.

Provide post-sales support and resolve basic customer queries. Follow company guidelines and regulatory requirements while dealing with customers.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
