HIRING: INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Languages: Kannada (Mandatory) & English

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Insurance Sales Executive. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, explaining insurance products, and generating sales.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Kannada is mandatory
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English
- Freshers can apply
- Telesales or sales experience preferred
- Insurance sales experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Explain insurance products, perks, and policy details




- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets

Salary & Incentives
- Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
- Incentives: Unlimited, based on performance

Salary depends on communication skills and relevant experience.
