Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with robust expertise in insurance placement, premium management, and insurance broking. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the insurance domain, with exposure to both Indian and international insurance markets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end insurance placement activities, including risk assessment, coverage evaluation, market submissions, and policy placement.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, underwriters, and reinsurers to negotiate competitive terms, coverage, and premiums.
- Handle insurance premium-related activities, including premium calculations, negotiations, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, clients,



and other stakeholders to ensure effective placement and service delivery.
- Analyse client requirements and identify suitable insurance products and coverage options based on risk exposure and business needs.
- Manage insurance broking activities, including policy negotiations, placement documentation, renewals, and coordination with insurers.
- Support the placement of insurance policies across Indian and international markets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and market practices.
- Ensure the timely processing of insurance placements, premium payments, policy documentation, and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve placement-related issues and ensure smooth execution of insurance transactions.
