Position: Insurance Claim Executive

Location: Majlis Park (Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:

- Process insurance claims for vehicles (car, buses, tempo traveller) damages, theft, and accidents promptly and accurately.
- Verify and organize required documentation (incident reports, police reports, photos, etc.).
- Maintain a claims database with updates and historical records.
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and legal representatives.
- Communicate claim processes, manage expectations, and address customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams for claim details and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor claim trends, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and recover deductibles.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in automotive claims, preferably in car rental.
- Robust organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach.
