Role & responsibilities

1. To follow positive engineering practices in project work.
2. Knowledge of plant safety & cGMP required.
3. Trouble shooting & Calibration related skill.

4. Perform accurate calibrations of instruments like Pressure gauge, Pressure transmitter, Pressure Switch, Temperature sensor (RTD & Thermocouple), Temperature transmitter, Level sensor, Level transmitter, Flow meter but not limited to.

5. Responsible for preparation and execution of calibration related activities (SOPs, Calibration Planner)
6. To Develop and maintain Instrumentation and control system documentation and SOPs.

7. To Supervise day to day calibration operations to ensure adherence to protocols, Standards, and procedures.

Ensure the accuracy and precision of calibration results by closely monitoring calibration methodologies and equipment.

9. Ensure compliance with ISO17025:2017 standards and guidelines in all calibration processes.
10. Provide Mentorship, Training, and development opportunities to Team Members.
11. Hands on experience on working with PLC, HMI, SCADA etc.

12. Hands on experience of detail Engineering of field Instrumentation.
13. To follow the safety standard, Use of PPEs & to follow work permits as per approved safety SOPs.
