Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design and deliver training sessions for the Cybersecurity Fundamentals program

- Cover security concepts, the threat landscape, security principles and basic security controls

- Teach programming basics in a security context (scripting, easy automation)

- Create and update training content, labs, case studies and assessments

- Track batch attendance, performance and feedback, and share regular reports

- Resolve learner doubts and provide mentoring and guidance

- Coordinate with internal teams to complete schedules and deliverables on time

Required Skills

- Cybersecurity Fundamentals and Security Concepts

- Threat Landscape (malware, phishing, social engineering, common attack types)

- Security Principles (CIA triad, least privilege, defense in depth)

- Basic Security Controls (access control, authentication, firewalls, encryption basics)

- Programming ([Python / other language])

- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
