We are seeking a detail-oriented Developer Instructional Designing to transform learning content into engaging, interactive eLearning experiences.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in Instructional Design / eLearning Development.
- Expertise in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SCORM / xAPI standards and LMS platform integration.
- Proficiency in integrating multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, graphics).
- Experience in converting storyboards, PPTs, and raw content into interactive courses and assessments.
- Good team player with solid communication and troubleshooting skills.
