Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in the Mohali district.

The Inside Sales

Specialist will handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate home healthcare products and services.

Responsibilities include managing lead follow-ups, qualifying prospects, preparing quotations, and supporting customers through the purchase or rental process.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will contribute to sales targets, provide feedback on customer trends, and uphold the company’s standards of empathetic and transparent service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience converting inquiries into orders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, focused on empathetic support and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi or other regional languages.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and telephone/email etiquette is beneficial.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or home care services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, meet sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
