Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Representative with experience in IT sales, software licensing, and account management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with customers, generating business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, coordinating with Account Managers, and driving deals towards closure.

Key Responsibilities

Drive inside sales for Microsoft and non-Microsoft software products, licenses, and IT solutions.

Generate leads and current business opportunities through calls, emails, and customer outreach.

Manage customer relationships and coordinate with distributors, vendors, and channel partners.

Identify customer requirements and schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers.

Coordinate pricing, quotations, estimations, follow-ups, and deal closures.





Maintain and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Work closely with technical and implementation teams to address customer queries.

Monitor sales targets, follow up on active opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in IT inside sales, software sales, or account management.

Experience selling Microsoft and non-Microsoft products, software licenses, or IT solutions.

Strong lead generation, customer engagement, and follow-up skills.

Understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, quotations, and pricing coordination.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from IT services companies, system integrators, software licensing partners, cloud solution providers, or technology resellers will be preferred.
