Inside Sales & Product Video Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and commercially oriented professional to manage inside sales activities and create engaging product videos for social media platforms. The role involves handling customer enquiries, generating sales opportunities, explaining product features and perks, and creating informative product videos to support the company’s digital marketing and brand awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities – Inside Sales

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer and dealer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, applications and benefits.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities to drive conversions.
- Maintain customer and lead databases and update CRM regularly.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide product information.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities – Product Video Creation & Social Media Content




- Create informative and engaging videos showcasing the company’s products for social media platforms.
- Demonstrate product features, functions, applications and benefits through videos.
- Develop video content highlighting product usage, key differentiators and customer benefits.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to collect product information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Record product demonstrations and prepare basic scripts or talking points for videos.
- Edit videos using suitable video editing tools and add captions, text, voiceovers or other relevant elements.
- Create content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Suggest creative video ideas based on product launches, customer queries and market trends.
- Ensure that video content follows company branding guidelines and accurately represents the products.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for video publishing and content requirements, wherever applicable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
