Financial Advisor – US Process (ACA)

Location: Sunrise Business Park, 8th Floor, Wagle Estate, Thane West Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 + Attractive Incentives

Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities

* Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers.

- Guide customers on ACA health insurance plans.
- Assist with eligibility and enrollment.
- Deliver excellent customer service.

Eligibility

* Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
