Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Intern, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, understand their furniture needs, and guide them towards a showroom visit and purchase. You will handle enquiries, explain products and offers, follow up on leads, and coordinate with store teams to support sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers; respond promptly to customer chats.
- Understand customer needs and explain relevant product features, benefits and offers to generate interest and book showroom appointments.
- Keep customer details, call outcomes, lead status and follow-up actions accurate and up to date in the CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for customer outreach, and showroom appointments.
- Address customer questions and objections professionally, adapting your communication to each customer.
- Follow up on leads and appointments,



and coordinate with store teams to help customers visit the showroom as scheduled.
- Provide store teams with relevant customer requirements and enquiry details to support a smooth handover.

Candidate Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or a similar role in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to tailor conversations to different customer needs and profiles.
- Strong persuasion, record-keeping and follow-up skills.

Work Schedule Shift duration: 9 hours.

Shift timings: Rotational shifts between 9 am and 8 pm.

Weekly off: One weekday off. Working on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
