Salary: ₹13,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring an energetic and confident Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain our services, convert leads into customers, and schedule meetings for our field sales team.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new enquiries from advertisements, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, and our website within 15 minutes.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products and services.
- Convert enquiries into sales through effective telecalling and follow-ups.




- Conduct online product demonstrations for our GymDesk gym management software.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team.
- Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up updates in Google Sheets or the CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers and work towards monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Fluent in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Confident telephone manner and a willingness to learn sales techniques.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
- Any degree or 12th pass.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
