We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive – Solar Projects to join our team in Angamali. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Candidates with prior experience in solar sales or renewable energy will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through telephone calls and other communication channels to generate sales opportunities.
- Explain solar project offerings, products, and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain customer records, lead databases, and sales activity reports.




- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer communication.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales executive or inside sales role.
- Previous experience in solar sales or the renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to convince customers, follow up effectively, and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn about solar energy solutions.
