Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospective and existing customers to promote automation products. Daily activities include identifying potential leads, qualifying opportunities, preparing and sharing quotations, and coordinating with the technical and operations teams to address customer requirements. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, updating sales reports,



and supporting the sales pipeline through regular communication and relationship-building.

The Inside Sales

Executive is expected to meet sales targets, provide consistent customer service, and represent the company’s products clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards defined targets.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a sales-focused workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
- Past Work Experience not required freshers can apply
