- Handle and qualify incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment plans.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion.
- Achieve assigned lead, site visit, and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
