Job Purpose;- Vedia Solutions, a division of Laxmi Dental Limited, is looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage international client interactions through calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships across international markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries from international clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, product inquiries, and service requests.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers to generate business opportunities and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, share product information, and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, follow-ups,



and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, response-time standards, and customer service KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain professional communication and adhere to international client service standards.

Education and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
- Prior experience in inside sales, international sales, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust email drafting, telephone etiquette, and live-chat handling skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with international time zones, if required.
