We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to communicate with prospective clients from the office, understand their requirements, present suitable digital marketing services, and convert qualified opportunities through calls and qualified follow-up.

Key responsibilities include

- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned channels
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable digital marketing services
- Explain services such as Google Ads, website development, SEO, social media management, and related solutions
- Present company services, case studies, and relevant solutions clearly
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Handle client questions and basic objections
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and sales discussions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and next actions
- Convert qualified prospects into clients
- Coordinate with internal teams after conversion where required

Experience Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, digital marketing sales, IT sales, or service sales will be preferred.
