Job Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, explain our digital marketing services, and convert qualified leads into customers through calls and professional follow-ups.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Explain services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, and website development.
- Present relevant case studies, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects and handle basic sales objections.
- Answer client questions and coordinate sales discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and next actions in the CRM.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams after successful client conversion.

Required Skills
- Positive verbal communication and client-handling skills.
- Confidence in conducting sales conversations over calls.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and persuasion skills.




- Ability to understand client requirements and explain services clearly.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp communication, and sales tracking.

Experience & Qualifications

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Experience in inside sales, telesales, digital marketing sales, IT sales, or B2B service sales will be preferred.

Candidates with knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and website design and development will have an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A confident, target-oriented individual who can build client relationships, manage sales conversations, follow up consistently, and turn prospective leads into business opportunities.
