We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive for an EdTech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and converting prospects into program enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in the programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead engagement to final enrollment.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing, product,
and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate lead records.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in sales or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
