We are looking for a agile and customer-focused In-House Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales team from the office. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate business opportunities.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Prepare and share quotations, product information, and pricing details with customers.

- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Coordinate with field sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely after-sales support.

- Identify new business opportunities through telecalling and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
- graduate

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer service, or sales coordination.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
