1. Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) of injection molding machines.
2. Inspect and maintain hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
3. Check and maintain hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, oil levels and pressure systems.
4. Troubleshoot PLC, sensors, relays, contactors, heaters, thermocouples, motors and control panels.
5. Maintain injection unit, clamping unit, screw, barrel, nozzle and hydraulic system.
6. Perform regular inspection of lubrication systems, cooling systems and oil filtration.
7. Identify potential machine failures and take corrective action before breakdowns occur.
8. Maintain PM schedules, machine history cards, breakdown reports and maintenance records.
9. Coordinate with production and tool-room teams for maintenance activities.
10. Follow 5S,



safety procedures and preventive maintenance standards.
11. Support installation, commissioning and shifting of injection molding machines when required.

Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
