Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide legal advice to the company on various commercial, labour, and corporate law matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in an in-house lawyer role or similar position.
- Robust knowledge of Commercial Laws, Labour Laws, Corporate Law, and related fields.
- Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving complex legal issues.
- Effective communication skills for working closely with cross-functional teams.
