Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance of injection moulds as per maintenance schedules.
- Handle online mould troubleshooting and identify mould-related issues during production.
- Carry out flash correction and necessary mould adjustments.
- Perform mould maintenance using conventional machines and relevant tools.
- Understand mould components and demonstrate valuable part knowledge.
- Handle Hot Runner System (HRS) maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Inspect moulds for wear, damage, and other defects and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Maintain mould maintenance records and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Follow safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
