Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Technician role based in Panipat.

The Information Technology

Technician will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network devices across client environments, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and operational.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing on-site technical support, and escalating complex problems as needed. The role involves supporting CCTV, access control, biometric systems, servers, and networking equipment,



as well as assisting with routine maintenance, updates, and documentation of IT assets and activities. The technician will interact directly with clients, delivering clear communication, user guidance, and basic training to help them effectively use their IT systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and document hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge, including fundamentals of networking, operating systems, and IT infrastructure components.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and communication skills to interact with clients, understand requirements, and provide clear, respectful support.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver user Training and guidance on IT systems, security best practices, and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, CCTV, access control, servers, or similar infrastructure is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Panipat, travel to client locations when required, and manage tasks independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant industry certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are beneficial.
