About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Admin with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. You will oversee day-to-day IT operations, support employee technology needs, maintain our hardware/software inventory, and ensure our network and systems run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve employee technical issues regarding hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, operating systems, and essential software.
- Track and manage IT inventory (laptops, accessories, warranty/repairs) and coordinate allocation during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in maintaining local networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers/switches)



and manage user permissions, access controls, and passwords.
- Ensure basic system security through antivirus updates, access rights management, and routine data backups.
- Coordinate with HR and external IT vendors for hardware purchasing, specialised maintenance, or equipment repairs.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 2–3 years in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows OS, computer hardware, basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/routers), and business applications.
- Asset & User Management: Prior experience managing user access permissions and maintaining IT equipment inventories.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, organisational abilities, and transparent communication skills.
