Role Overview

This role will be responsible for leading the overall influencer marketing strategy for the brand. You will manage large-scale influencer campaigns, build and manage creator partnerships, work with agencies, plan content collaborations, manage budgets and track campaign performance and ROI. The role will involve working closely with the brand, digital and social media teams to drive both brand visibility and business growth.

Key Skills Required

10+ Years of Influencer / Digital / Social Media / Beauty Marketing Experience

Strong Influencer Marketing & Creator Management Experience

Experience handling 20 Cr+ annual budgets

Experience in Beauty / Color Cosmetics / FMCG / D2C preferred

Strong Agency & Influencer Network Management

Campaign Planning, Execution & Performance Tracking

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & other social platforms

Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills

Robust Analytical & Strategic Thinking
