Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Executive/Intern to join our marketing team at Insight Cosmetics. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, social media, and influencer trends, with the ability to identify suitable creators, coordinate collaborations, and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

- Coordinate influencer collaborations, product gifting, and campaign execution.

- Communicate with influencers regarding deliverables, timelines, briefs, and content requirements.

- Track influencer content, campaign performance, reach, engagement, and views.

- Research trending reels, viral content, hashtags, and emerging creators in the beauty industry.

- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for product launches and brand promotions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.

- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports.





- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.

- Monitor competitor influencer activities and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.

- Interest in beauty, makeup, cosmetics, and influencer marketing.

- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining campaign trackers.

- Creative mindset with an understanding of trending reels and digital content.

- Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media is preferred; freshers may also apply for the internship role.
