We are an established industrial distributor supplying bearings and related industrial products to leading OEMs and manufacturing companies across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

We are looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with strong OEM and industrial sales experience to develop current customers, grow key accounts, and build long-term relationships with major manufacturing companies.

Role & responsibilities

1. Job Purpose:

Deliver outstanding sales results of RBC Bearings Pvt. Ltd within assigned geography. Develop wide and deep end customer and reseller relationships in assigned territory. Provide techno-commercial support to end customers & Resellers on product portfolio. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and training).

2. Primary Responsibilities:

a) Develop, implement and manage business plan to meet or exceed Quarterly / Annual objectives in assigned geography.

b) Identify, evaluate and develop new Resellers relationships if needed in specific segments or geographies / accounts.

c) Provide technical & commercial support to End Customers.

d) Develop / execute customer segment / product category specific marketing activities alongside OEM teams.

e)



Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.

f) Key Account Management within territory

Preferred candidate profile

1. Min. 3-7 years experienced candidates in a Sales position - similar role / field

2. Frontline / Field Sales Experience in TMI or related Industry

3. Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel and Presentation skills

4. Willingness to travel in the assigned territory is expected.

5. End Customer Connect/Vertical Market Segment Development and Management skills.

6.Experience in bearings, power transmission, lubrication, seals, MRO, mechanical components or similar industrial products is preferred.

7.Proven direct Large Industrial & OEM sales experience.

8. Strong Chennai/Tamil Nadu industrial customer network.

9. Experience selling technical/industrial products.

Preferred Customer Exposure

Experience with major OEMs/industrial companies such as Hyundai, Apollo Tyres, MRF, CEAT, JK Tyre, Wheels India, Brakes India, TVS Group, Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, Caterpillar, L&T;, JCB or similar companies will be an advantage.
