Purpose of this Role:
Lead the IE function within a factory — driving line productivity, SAM discipline, and method improvement at the floor.
Responsibility
- Set and validate SAM, line balancing, and manpower norms.
- Run productivity and changeover-reduction projects.
- Coach lines and supervisors on standard methods.
- Track and report factory productivity.

- Persuasive with lines resistant to change.

Education & Experience
