Job Title: Industrial Engineer / Senior Industrial Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement in an aerospace/defence manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct time and motion studies, cycle-time analysis, and manpower planning.
- Perform line balancing, capacity planning, and bottleneck analysis.
- Improve production efficiency using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, and SMED.
- Optimize plant layout, material flow, and resource utilization.
- Develop standard work procedures and labour standards.
- Support new product introduction, process validation, and production ramp-up.
- Coordinate with production, quality,



and engineering teams to achieve operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering within manufacturing; aerospace/defence experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and Lean tools.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and manufacturing processes.
