? Location: Chennai / Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh

? Experience: 3+ Years

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

? Language: Fluent English – Mandatory

? MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENT

Hands-on experience with Plastic Injection Moulding is mandatory.

Candidates without relevant Plastic Injection Moulding / Industrial Purchasing experience will not be considered.

? What You’ll Do

Manage regional indirect purchasing and supplier performance

Lead sourcing, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation and negotiations

Manage supplier contracts, POs and compliance

Drive cost-saving and productivity initiatives beyond price negotiations

Optimize supplier base and consolidate regional requirements





Partner with Plant Managers and cross-functional teams to identify savings through standardization, consumption reduction and process improvements

Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, quantity, contracts and invoice discrepancies

Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, FCP rules and Code of Ethics

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of experience in Buyer / Purchasing roles within an industrial environment

✅ Mandatory: Plastic Injection Moulding experience

✅ Strong supplier management, sourcing and negotiation experience

✅ Experience handling contracts and cost-saving initiatives

✅ Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to work in a matrix organization

✅ Fluent English communication
