Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for IT C2H requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Coordinate interviews and collect feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in C2H hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and database sourcing.
- Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced setting.
