Job Title: SAP Recruiter (C2H)

Location: India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to manage Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring across SAP modules. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring SAP consultants while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP C2H requirements.
- Source and screen SAP professionals across modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, ABAP, HCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and S/4HANA.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely closures.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer rollouts.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and market intelligence on SAP talent availability.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring targets.

Requirements:

- 2-6 years of IT recruitment experience with a focus on SAP hiring.
- Expertise in C2H staffing and contract hiring.
- Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of SAP modules, implementation, support, and rollout projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience working with staffing firms, RPOs, or SAP consulting organizations.
- Exposure to hiring for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
