Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage inbound calls from B2B clients to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify new business prospects through cold calling, email outreach, or other marketing efforts.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in an inbound call center environment with a focus on B2B sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.

- Solid understanding of the internet industry trends, products/services offered by companies in this sector.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly with high-level executives.
