Job Overview

Matebiz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming business inquiries, understand client requirements, follow up with prospective customers, and convert qualified leads into sales for our IT services, including website development, SEO, digital marketing, and other web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming sales inquiries through calls, emails, website forms, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital marketing services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, share quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Update lead details, follow-up activities, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements




- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of website development, SEO, digital marketing, or IT services.
- Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.
- Good follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in inbound sales, inside sales, lead conversion, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication and a sales-oriented mindset may also apply.
