Purpose - Why does this role exist?

Ensures to Achieve Overall Targets of Production, Cost, and Quality & Delivery. Ensure Optimum Utilization of manpower machine and other resources.

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

1. To achieve the production target as per ABP
2. To achieve the utilization target as per ABP
3. To achieve the target of yield
4. To achieve the target of power consumption as per ABP
5. To achieve the target of operating efficiency 100% as per ABP
6. Punching of safety observation in SOS portal, current idea in portal
7. Prepare Shift Wise Production Plan that is aligned to MBP & ABP
8. Achieve Overall Targets of Production, Cost, Quality & Delivery
9. Optimum Utilization of manpower machine and other resources.
10. Continuous process improvement for quality upgradation
11. Maintain consumption of consumables within the norms to maintain PMT cost of Product

Critical Tasks

KRA’s and Key Activities

1. Process Monitoring & Process Control
2. Reduce Waste and Scrap Generation
3. 100 % Compliance with SOP
4. Prepare Action Plan for Repetitive Breakdowns and quality Diversion
5. Training & Upgradation of departmental manpower skills to reduce losses

Documentation for IMS Audits
7. Maintain 5S on Shop Floor
8. Contribute different activity of TPM & Six Sigma Projects
9. Ensure to Achieve & Maintain required Environmental Norms
10. Identification and reduction of unsafe acts/ unsafe conditions/ Safety rule violations.

Decision making authority (Decisions expected)

- Anticipates likely implications of decisions on stakeholders and deals with those effectively

Educational Background and Work Experience

- Diploma - Mechanical and Production
- 5+ years of experience in Operations
