Job Opening – Rehabilitation Center Staff

Position: Rehabilitation Center Staff / Patient Care Staff

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: In-House / Residential Patient Care

Fooding and lodging provided

We are looking for responsible, compassionate, and disciplined staff members to support the day-to-day care and supervision of in-house residents at our rehabilitation center.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and supervision to in-house residents.

Assist residents with their daily routines and basic needs.

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive setting.

Monitor residents and promptly report any unusual behaviour, health concerns, or emergencies to the concerned senior/medical staff.

Assist nursing and medical staff during patient care when required.

Support residents during counselling, therapy, recreational, and group activities.

Maintain discipline and follow rehabilitation center protocols.

Help with meal schedules, medication reminders, appointments, and daily activities as instructed.

Maintain basic records and shift handover information.

Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents and their families.

Maintain confidentiality regarding residents and their personal information.





Eligibility

Minimum 10th / 12th pass; higher qualification preferred.

Previous experience in a rehabilitation center, de-addiction center, hospital, nursing home, hostel, or patient-care setting will be an advantage.

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
