Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist and Support professional to join our team. This role is responsible for onboarding new clients, configuring software solutions to meet client needs, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure a seamless post-implementation experience. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor the software configuration accordingly.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct product setup, integration, data migration, and end-user training sessions.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Document implementation processes and client-specific configurations.

• Gather, ingest, and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Clean, standardize, and validate datasets for consistency and accuracy.
- Perform data transformation and enrichment to support reporting and analytics
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies.




- Provide timely and accurate data for business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with analysts and business users to deliver actionable insights.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and data extracts as requested.
- Provide support post-implementation, addressing technical issues and general inquiries via email, chat, or phone.

- Troubleshoot software functionality, integration, and performance issues.
- Log issues, escalate as necessary, and track resolution in a ticketing system.
- Identify recurring problems and propose enhancements or fixes.
- Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in implementation, technical support, or customer success roles.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Familiarity with support tools like Jira, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Good Working knowledge of SQL query and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity using VBA Scripts is a plus.
- Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus.
- Any experience with eProcurement systems a plus.

• Willingness to work night shifts or adapt to business needs.
