About PlumoAI

PlumoAI is a pre-trained, open-source AI Employees platform. Businesses use it to hire AI Employees that run real work on their own. An AI Content Manager that publishes content every day with zero human intervention. An AI Outreach Manager that runs your outreach end to end. Others handle recruitment, support and operations, and the list keeps growing.

The platform is built by the community, for the community. New AI Employees get trained and added all the time. You can use it on our cloud or self-host the open-source version from GitHub. Both have the same features.

We have a problem we’re happy to have: more customers are onboarding than we can implement for. Many cloud customers also want to run the open-source version, and they’re asking us for implementation partners. We don’t have the bandwidth, so we’re building a partner network.

Who we’re looking for

Freelancers and agencies who already know AI Workflows with Multi-AI Agents system inside out. This is not a beginner role and not a learning opportunity. We want people who can sit with a client, understand the requirement, and deliver.

You must have

- At least 2 years of hands-on work in n8n, Make or Zapier
- Live client projects you can show (workflows, case studies, references)
- Experience handling client requirements end to end,



not just building what someone else scoped
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks and integrations
- For agencies: a team that can handle more than one client at a time

Good to have: experience with AI agents, LLM workflows, self-hosting and deployment.

How the selection works

1. Apply. Share your resume or agency profile with your best automation work.
2. Shortlist. We pick based on your experience and portfolio. Only strong profiles move ahead.
3. Training. You get access to the PlumoAI learning portal. If you’ve worked with n8n, Make or Zapier for 2+ years, you can finish it in one day.
4. Certification. Explicit the certification after the training.
5. Real test. We give you one AI Employee to train against a real requirement which you will train and pulish on plumoai platform.
6. Onboarding. If your AI Employee works as required, you become a PlumoAI Implementation Partner and start receiving interested customers directly from us.

No fees, no shortcuts. You get in by delivering.

What you get

- Interested customers sent directly to you. No cold outreach, no chasing.

- Earnings model: You set your own rates and bill the client directly. For the first six months from the start of your first project with a referred customer, PlumoAI takes 10% of everything you invoice that customer. You keep us in the loop on all engagements and pricing with them. After six months, it’s 100% yours, including all ongoing work and retainers.
