Role Description The Implementation Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of Mediquity’s software solutions for clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhopal and involves coordinating with clients to understand requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring a smooth go-live.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting implementation planning, setting up and testing software, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely status updates to stakeholders. The role also involves delivering user training, documenting processes, and offering post-implementation support to ensure effective adoption of the solutions.

The Implementation

Executive collaborates closely with internal teams such as product, development,



and customer support to address client needs and continuously improve the implementation process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand client workflows, interpret data, and configure solutions effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, handle queries, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Software Implementation experience to oversee deployment, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to prepare user guides, conduct demonstrations, and deliver structured end-user training sessions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare or enterprise software domains, basic understanding of databases and system integrations, and strong problem-solving abilities are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail under tight timelines is required.
- Freshers or Employees with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
