Eligibility: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experience: 2+ Years in Immigration Services or a related field
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
Experience handling immigration applications, petitions, and documentation
Solid client communication and case management skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance skills
Familiarity with immigration processing software/tools is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on immigration options, including visas, green cards, citizenship, and asylum applications
- Prepare and submit immigration applications and petitions to relevant government agencies
- Research and stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes
- Communicate with clients to gather required information and documentation
- Review and analyze case documents for accuracy and compliance
- Provide support during immigration interviews and hearings, as required
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress
- Coordinate with attorneys, professionals, and relevant organizations to provide comprehensive client support
