Endurance Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is an immigration consultancy providing professional assistance with immigration, visa applications, skilled migration, and international career opportunities. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Immigration Team Leader to lead our sales team, manage daily operations, improve team performance, and ensure a high standard of client service.

Job Summary The Immigration Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, achieving monthly business targets, monitoring individual performance, managing client escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales management, and the ability to drive team productivity in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive monthly sales performance, monitor conversions, support deal closures, and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day team activities, ensure smooth workflow, and report performance and operational updates to the Operations Head.
- Performance Management: Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and address performance gaps through structured action plans.
- Training & Development: Train team members on immigration service offerings, sales techniques, client handling, objection management, and company processes.
- Client Relationship Management:



Ensure timely follow-ups, professional client communication, and effective resolution of client concerns and escalations.
- Product & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's service offerings and relevant immigration industry developments.
- Process Compliance: Ensure the team follows approved company procedures, documentation standards, CRM updates, and reporting requirements.
- Operational Improvement: Identify workflow challenges, assess operational risks, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Team Engagement: Maintain a professional and positive working environment, encourage accountability, and organize team-building activities when required.
- Management Reporting: Submit regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, pending follow-ups, team productivity, and target achievement.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant qualified experience, preferably in immigration consultancy, visa services, or sales-driven organizations.
- Previous experience in team leadership, sales supervision, or sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion,



and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets, track KPIs, and improve conversion rates.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a target-oriented environment.
- A proactive, accountable, and performance-driven approach.

- Experience in immigration consultancy or international visa services.
- Ability to handle team performance issues and client escalations professionally.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets, performance metrics, and management reporting.
- A hands-on leader who can guide the team and actively support sales closures.
