- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and qualified guidance through the immigration journey.
- Documentation: Meticulously organize and verify client documents to ensure 100% compliance with IRCC requirements.
- Communication: Handle high-volume correspondence via email, calls with professionalism and empathy.
