About the Role

IndoWorld Visa & Education Services is looking for a confident, articulate, and client-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team in Vadodara.

This role involves direct interaction with individuals and families exploring overseas travel, education, and immigration opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting client consultations, understanding individual requirements, explaining relevant visa pathways, addressing queries, and maintaining professional relationships throughout the client journey.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach to client interactions, and an interest in international visa and immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and objectives.
- Conduct professional consultations to understand client profiles and provide appropriate information about relevant visa categories and immigration pathways.
- Explain eligibility considerations, application processes, documentation requirements, and procedural steps in clear, simple language.
- Respond to client enquiries, address questions, and provide timely follow-ups to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Guide clients in understanding the requirements and next steps applicable to their individual circumstances.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and build professional, long-term relationships through responsive and transparent service.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure continuity of communication and a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records and ensure that relevant information is communicated to the appropriate team members.
- Stay informed about relevant visa rules, immigration policy updates, application procedures, and changes affecting client requirements.
- Represent the organisation professionally in all client interactions, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a commitment to honest guidance.

Areas of Work The role may involve client consultations relating to:
- Visitor and tourist visas for countries including the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen countries.
- Student visas and overseas education opportunities.
- Permanent residence pathways for Canada and Australia.
- Germany's Opportunity Card and other relevant work or job-seeking pathways.
- Dependent visas and other applicable immigration categories.

The specific areas handled will depend on the candidate's knowledge, experience, and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in simple, understandable language.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and a professional telephone manner.




- Ability to understand client requirements, ask relevant questions, and communicate information clearly.
- A client-focused attitude, with patience, attentiveness, and the ability to handle queries professionally.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to organise client interactions, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple ongoing conversations.
- Willingness to learn visa procedures, immigration requirements, and relevant policy updates.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and standard office applications.
- Professional integrity, attention to detail, and respect for client confidentiality.

Experience and Education Candidates with experience in immigration consulting, overseas education counselling, client relationship management, counselling, customer-facing service roles, or related fields will be preferred.

Graduates from any relevant discipline may apply. Candidates with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to interact confidently with clients are also encouraged to apply.
