Job Title: Senior Deputy Warden

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day hostel operations and ensure discipline among students.
- Monitor student attendance, in-time/out-time records, and hostel occupancy.
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of hostel residents.
- Coordinate with wardens, security personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Handle student grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct regular hostel inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and institutional policies.
- Coordinate with parents, faculty members, and institutional authorities when required.
- Maintain hostel registers, reports, incident records,



and other documentation.

Qualifications
- Any Degree with previous hostel administration in Engineering College, Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen/Retired Police Personnel
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student discipline and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness to stay on campus.

- Responsible, disciplined, and approachable.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate with multiple departments.
