We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining immigration and overseas employment services, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining robust client relationships throughout the service process.

The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services in accordance with applicable immigration rules and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in immigration, visa assistance, work permits, and overseas employment opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand client requirements and explain available services, eligibility criteria, procedures, timelines, and applicable service charges.
- Convert qualified leads into clients by effectively presenting service benefits and following up on inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Schedule consultations and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Explain documentation requirements, application procedures, and service agreements clearly and accurately.
- Maintain client databases, sales records, follow-up schedules, and daily activity reports.




- Coordinate with visa processing, documentation, and client service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable laws, immigration regulations, advertising standards, and company policies.
- Provide accurate information and avoid making guarantees regarding visa approvals, work permits, or employment outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, immigration consultancy, visa services, overseas recruitment, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, email, and communication tools.
- Professional attitude, positive mindset, and strong customer service orientation.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
